Terms of trade


RAZspa accepts payment via credit card / VISA, VISA, VISA Electron, VPay, American Express, Mastercard / Maestro, JCB and UnionPay. Payment will be credited your account when the products have been shipped. When a talk is ordered, your account is credited when you order the ticket.

All amounts are in DKK – Danish kroner, and inclusive of Danish VAT.

RAZspa encrypts all information through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorised persons shall have access to your account number or any other information pertaining to your communication with Nets.


RAZspa shall dispatch orders at the soonest possible, in general no later than the day after order receipt. Periodical heavy workloads may occur, thus causing delays and postponed deliveries. RAZspa cannot be held responsible for secondary effects arising in the event of postponement.


At RAZspa, you will always be ensured a 2-year warranty on all purchases. This means that we shall replace any product which may be defective owing to manufacturing defects or the similar. Incorrect use of a product shall not be covered by the warranty. Hence, it is important that you read the product instructions. Complaints concerning defects which are not immediately visible on the product must be received by RAZspa within a reasonable period of time. Such products can be returned for replacement, or – if requested – placement to the credit of your account. In connection with complaints, RAZspa shall cover the shipping costs within reasonable limits. Please remember to return all products in correct packaging, thus preventing damage to the products.

The return of products shall be made to the above address. Return may also take place in the event of refusal to accept the delivery. You can also return the product to us in person. It is no requirement, but it would make the processing easier if the following is included: a copy of your order confirmation, the registration and account number of the account to which the repayment shall be made, and – if relevant – a copy of our correspondence, etc.

Returning of products & refunds

RAZspa provides a 14-day right of return for all products as from the date of product receipt. It is important to stress that, should you wish to make use of this right, any cosmetic products MUST be returned as unused. If you wish to withdraw from a transaction, you simply return the product. When we have received and accepted the returned product, the paid amount shall be refunded within a few days. The shipping costs will be paid by you. Please remember that all products must be shipped in correct packaging to prevent damage to the products.

The return policy also covers cancellation of talks. It can take up to three business days for you to be refunded.

Your notification pertaining to your withdrawal from the order must have come to our knowledge within a period of 14 days after your purchase and, likewise, we must have received the returned product within a period of 14 days from your receipt of the product. 

Notification of your wish to withdraw shall be by e-mail to shop@raz-spa.dk. In this e-mail you must state that you wish to carry out your right of withdrawal.


RAZspa complies with the provisions and guidelines set out in GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation).


At RAZspa we use cookies for purposes of monitoring the flow of data traffic and to collect anonymised data about visitors to our web shop in order that we can optimise our shop and, thus, make it easier for you, the user, to use our web shop. We do not collect any private or sensitive information about you or other visitors. We are solely interested in information about your behaviour when you visit our web shop and, also, in your geographic location. Cookies are easily deleted by deleting the historical data from your browser.
